Welcome to the Whimsy Home Wednesday Linky Party. Today the hosts and I are sharing a few of our favorite projects we have worked on plus the FIVE featured posts from Whimsy Home Wednesday No. 7. We cannot wait to be inspired by what you link up in Whimsy Home Wednesday No. 8!

Whimsical Home Projects From Our Features

Congratulations to the featured posts of Whimsy Home Wednesday!

All the posts were beautiful, full of great ideas, and we are so thankful to everyone who shared! This is why it was so difficult to pick just five Whimsical Home projects.

These are our featured posts! They will each receive a featured button to share on their blog and be added to the Whimsy Home Wednesday Pinterest boards!

Cara's pick came from Rachel with The Antiqued Journey.  Rachel shares a love for all things vintage like myself, and she shares how she decorated this year for little to no money.  Are you seeing some similarities here?  I know... I love many of her decorations, as well as her unique mantel, check her out!

Becky's pick came from Lisa with The Storyteller's Cottage, loving her chosen blog name. If you have not taken a look at Lisa's literary tea party, I encourage you to do so. Talk about right up my alley incorporating books and imagination and a reason to have a decorative tea party. Downton Abbey anyone?

Charity's pick came from Beth with Creatively Beth. How cute is this pot holder that Beth made? She has step by step directions so you can make a pot holder with her free downloads! How exciting, I love a project that begins with free downloads, don't you?

Kristin's pick came from Linda with Paper Seedlings. Linda is amazing at drawing birds! My goodness, what talent! This White-Browed Tit-Warbler which Linda shared came from Asia, Russia, and The Himalayas. Check out her bird drawings, we know how much I love birds so I was in awe of her talent!

Meredith's pick came from Niki with Life as a Leo Wife. I have been wanting to try my hand at making birch logs for our living room, now I can follow Niki's step by step process and make my own! How exciting!

Whimsical Home Projects From Our Hosts

Meredith, Arts & Classy

Meredith has the cutest ideas, check out her Dollar Tree ornaments inspired from another blogger.  They are the most adorable, I could also see these as name tags for your Christmas table.  How easy, and budget friendly is this project?

Becky, The Vixen's Den

Becky is sharing how she made this lovely Christmas sign, can you guess what she upcycled to make this sign?  I'd love to receive a gift like this one for Christmas!  I cannot wait to share homemade gifts with you this week, and this project would fit right in.

Kristin, 5th Sparrow No More

Facebook | InstagramTwitter | Pinterest

Kristin is sharing how to decorate for a vintage farmhouse Christmas while thrifting her day away.  Don't you enjoy her vignettes?  I know I do, all of that vintagey goodness just a click away.

Cara, Vintage Style Gal

Cara is sharing how she decorated her living room while only purchasing a few sprigs of pine.  Everything else came from her own personal field of dreams, or the attic as you may call it.  So many lovely things to be found in that attic, just waiting to be discovered.

Charity, Mornings on Macedonia

Charity is sharing these lovely spice tins that she has upcycled.  Now would they have not been perfect with my spice rack this week?  I love vintage spice jars, and tins, and wish I could collect them all, but alas, I cannot so I will just enjoy hers from afar.

Also, a quick reminder, our Christmas Lookbook is still available through December 30.  Over 60 pages of valuable Christmas tutorials and information. From tables to gifts, crafts to cookies and ornaments to sanity saving tips - this is the book you need to prepare for the holidays!
