Whimsical Home Projects From Our Hosts

Meredith, Arts & Classy

I have always wanted to make paper snowflakes, I guess I have the tutorial now, no more excuses!  I love the way they look on Meredith's wall, making several sure makes a presence on the wall too.  Anyone else ready to see the flakes fly?  I know I am!

Becky, The Vixen's Den

Check out Becky's how to on creating this lovely pumpkin for her door.  Who knew you could create this with metal loops?  I'd say Becky's door is all ready for the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, wouldn't you?

Kristin, 5th Sparrow No More

If you are searching to create the perfect vignette for the Thanksgiving holiday, then Kristin has all of the ideas.  I always fall for those amber colored jars.  Every. Time.

Cara, Vintage Style Gal

Cara is sharing a small coffee table display showcasing a Jack Pine glass pumpkin gifted to her.  Oh the trips down memory lane you will go with this post... my favorite kinds!

Charity, Mornings on Macedonia

Be amazed with what Charity creates with just a few items from the store.  She shows you step by step how to create this lovely pumpkin which would look so cute at each place setting for Thanksgiving Day!

Whimsical Home Projects From Our Features

Congratulations to the featured posts of Whimsy Home Wednesday!

All the posts were beautiful, full of great ideas, and we are so thankful to everyone who shared! This is why it was so difficult to pick just five Whimsical Home projects.

These are our featured posts! They will each receive a featured button to share on their blog and be added to the Whimsy Home Wednesday Pinterest boards!

Meredith's pick came from Regina with Saved from Salvage, you would not believe the before of this lovely side table. Be sure not to miss this flip, you won't believe your eyes!

Becky's pick came from Rich & Donna with An Organized Season. If you have ever wondered how to strip and bleach wood, then this is the post for you! This is the after post of their stripped and bleached mirror, how lovely!

Kristin's pick came from Lisa with Fresh Vintage by Lisa S. Check out how she gave an old flannel shirt a new look by adding a doily. Sometimes those flannels need a feminine touch, and she has definitely pulled it off!

Cara's pick came from Kim with Exquisitely Unremarkable. Check out how she updated her basement and also kept that beloved knotty pine paneling after debating about it. Cara is so glad she kept it!

Charity's pick came from Kim with Farmhouse to Florida. Is this not the cutest display, you could definitely keep it out for Christmas and into winter. Those are my favorite decorations so I am not pulling double duty until spring arrives.
