Black Bean Brownie FAQ

Can you taste the black beans in these brownies?

No — once blended with cocoa and chocolate, the beans disappear completely. Most people never guess they’re in there.

Are black bean brownies gluten‑free?

Yes. Black beans replace flour, making this recipe naturally gluten‑free.

Can I make these brownies dairy‑free?

Yes — use coconut oil instead of butter and dairy‑free chocolate chips.

Do black bean brownies need to be refrigerated?

They stay freshest in the refrigerator and get even fudgier when chilled.
